The Advanced Catechist Certificate (ACC) will be awarded for completing the following series of continuing education courses within4 years. This certificate will represent coursework which exceeds what most dioceses require for catechetical certification.

  • Completion of all five 300-level catechism courses
  • Completion of two catechetical methods courses
  • Completion of two scriptures courses or four online scripture related seminars
  • Completion of two elective courses or four online seminars
