• Spend some time reading the MA in Theology section on the CDU web site
  
  
• Contact Admissions at 1.888.254.4238 ext 700 or admissions@cdu.edu to answer questions about the program. CDU's director of admissions will discuss the various options available to best meet your academic and professional goals and will help you start the application process.
  
  
• Complete an online application and pay the non-refundable $150 application fee
  
  
• Provide proof of a bachelor's degree in an academic discipline from an institution accredited by an agency recognized by the U. S. Department of Education, or its equivalent for non-U.S. schools. Official transcripts validating a bachelor's degree are needed before you can be accepted into the MA program. For more on how to submit transcripts
  
  
• If you already hold a master's degree or doctoral degree in some other discipline, please provide an unofficial transcript or other indicator of where and when you earned an advanced degree.
  
  
• Complete the prerequisite course,The Basics of Catholicism: Faith, Life & Prayer, unless you are granted a waiver by the academic dean.
  
  
• Applications are reviewed and held until successful completion of the prerequisite course. At that time, CDU will notify program students of their acceptance into the MA in Theology program. Applications are accepted on a rolling-basis and you are encouraged to call the Admissions department at 1.888.254.4238 ext 700 before enrolling in the prerequisite course and applying to the program.
