Request Information

  • Spend some time reading the BA in Theology section on the CDU web site
  • Contact Admissions at 1.888.254.4238 ext 700 or admissions@cdu.edu to answer questions about the program. CDU's director of admissions will discuss the various options available to best meet your academic and professional goals and will help you start the application process.
  • Complete an application form and submit with a non-refundable $100 application fee to CDU
  • Send official transcript(s) from all schools where you earned the 88 general education requirements. These schools need to be accredited by an agency recognized by the U. S. Department of Education, or equivalent for non-U.S. schools. For more on how to submit transcripts
  • Admissions will evaluate transcripts and acceptance will be issues as a full or provisional student. A completed BA in Theology application (along with the application fee) is needed for the admissions department to review students transcripts.
    • For full acceptance, the applicant must have completed 88 undergraduate credits that include the core requirement courses (44 credits). Additional courses that complete the required 88 credit hours are electives.
    • For provisional acceptance, the applicants must be working towards the completion of the 88 required credits. CDU provides the opportunity to work on both at the same time. To be accepted as a provisional student, 60 undergraduate credits must be completed.

You will be notified in writing of acceptance into CDU’s BA degree completion program. Applications are accepted on a rolling-basis and you are encouraged to call the admissions department at 1.888.254.4238 ext 700 before enrolling in a course and applying to the program.
