Sister Mary Brendon received her BS degree from Notre Dame College of Ohio, an MEd from Cleveland State University, an MA in Theology from Walsh University, and her DMin from St. Mary Seminary and Graduate School of Theology. She has been the Executive Director for Pastoral and Educational Services of the Diocese of Youngstown and has taught and served in the administrations of numerous Catholic schools for the Diocese of Cleveland.

Sister Mary Brendon currently serves as Registrar and Academic Tutor at St. Mary Seminary and Graduate School of Theology in the diocese of Cleveland.

Sister Mary Brendon has given presentations and conducted workshops on theology, ministry, education, and technology for parishes and dioceses across the United States. Her work has won her much recognition, most notably the Emmaus Award from the National Catholic Education Association for Excellence in the advancement of the communication mission of the Church.
