The experience that expands knowledge and changes lives...

"This Seminar was a door opening a new beginning for me. Reading the responses and dialogue from people all over the country (and the world) from many different backgrounds enabled me to see how we are many, gathered into one in Christ. It is refreshing to hear people share struggles, triumphs, doubts, and reassurances as they interact with the course material. I intend to promote CDU within my parish; I am signed up for the next online seminar, and our priest is starting a church study group on the Catechism. Thank you for this opportunity."
- L.S., Colorado

"'The Catholic Response to The Da Vinci Code’ is already paying big dividends. Not only did the course enrich my self-knowledge, but additionally it increased my ability to defend the Catholic Faith."
- J.T., Virginia

"This seminar has been beneficial to me on many levels. I think the subjects covered in the seminar were top priority, and we need to have this information, so we can defend the Faith. The history of Gnosticism was wonderful. It was defined in such a manner that I have been able to simply explain it to people and they understand."
- B.M. Arkansas

"This is a wonderful opportunity to endow Catholics with the ability to discern and refute the attacks on the Church from the mainstream culture."
- A.M., Illinois

"Now that I have taken this seminar I feel better prepared, in social situations, to enter into conversations about the book from a factual point of view. I will certainly put this new knowledge to work in various situations where clarification is needed, whether it involves a discussion of The Da Vinci Code or not."
- D.T., Virginia

"I was searching for a Catholic forum to give me the answers I needed to defend and explain my faith. I found this seminar not only provided me with the answers, it gave me history behind the answers and broadened my understanding of each topic discussed. Overall, this seminar has given me clarity and confidence to share what I have learned."
- S.E., Colorado

"This seminar proved to be very enlightening, not only regarding issues in the book itself, but also on upholding the Faith in general.

The weekly reflections in the Chapel put the issues first into personal spiritual perspective, highlighting issues such as pride and obedience. The lesson materials provided a wealth of historical, factual information with which to clarify misconceptions, and the links to additional resources led to further research and useful discoveries. The Question and Answer forum enriched and clarified the lesson materials. The Coffee on the Porch entries raised interesting issues, each of which led to helpful clarifications of Church teaching and the importance of obedience and orthodoxy. All of these will be immensely helpful in teaching, evangelizing, and apologetics.

In working with former fallen-away Catholics who have returned to the Church. . . I have seen again and again that criticism of the Church comes from ignorance of her teaching, and I will now be able to clarify a few more of the puzzle pieces necessary for a complete and integrated picture of the Catholic Church and the person of Christ.

Seminars such as this one are critical to those of us who take our catechesis, evangelization, and apologetics seriously."
