How to Register for a course or seminar on a diocesan plan

Before registering, be sure to review the list of courses and seminars offered for the Toledo diocese. Make note of the course number and title of the course or seminar you want to register in.

A username and password are needed to register for courses and seminars at CDU. To register for courses and seminars, read the following descriptions to see where you fit in the CDU community.

• If you have ever taken a course or seminar with CDU either as a diocesan partner or outside of the diocesan partner program, you will register for upcoming courses and seminars using MyCDU. You will need the username and password established for MyCDU to register for a course. If you do not have your username and password, please contact admissions at admissions@cdu.edu or 888.254.4238 ext 700.
  
  
• If this is your first course or seminar with CDU, please follow these steps for setting up a username and password.
  
  1. Go to New Student Registration where you will establish a username and password.
  2. Click “Create an account here,”
  3. Complete the form with the information requested, review, and submit.
  4. Check your email account as you will have a message from CDU with
  instructions on registering for a class.
  
  
• IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE REDUCED TUITION RATE
  Upon registration, all students are charged the full tuition of $165, and this is listed as “pre-bill” in the student ledger.  CDU then adjusts this tuition to the diocesan partnership discount of $30 per course or seminar. Just proceed by paying the $30 tuition at the time you register for the seminar or course.Your ledge will read that you still owe $135. Ignore this amount as CDU will adjust the ledge and the balance will zero within a few days.

Start times for courses and seminars
Please note that online individual courses can begin within 48 hours after you register for the course. Please follow the directions under Logging into the CDU Online Campus. You have two months from this date to complete your course.

Online interactive seminars begin on the start date for the seminar (see seminar descriptions for seminar dates). Please note that access to the seminar lecture, reading assignments, and posting area will not be available until the official start date for the seminar.
